Delivery costs

Delivery is included in our prices for online orders over £40 to all Bristol postcodes close to our farm.

We do not deliver outside the Bristol or central Bath area. However, you can click and collect.

Outside these areas, the delivery charge depends on your postcode. You can calculate this at checkout.

Delivery terms

Delivery weeks commencing: 18th Nov; 25th Nov; 2nd Dec; 9th Dec; 16th Dec

Select a delivery week: Delivery is to Bristol and central Bath postcodes only, during the course of each week.

Delivery day: We contact you in the week before your selected delivery week to let you know the day we will deliver your tree. No deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery times – We aim to deliver between 9am-5pm: we are not able to give you a delivery time slot. We may be able to advise whether it will be a.m. or p.m.

Delivery terms: Delivery is to your door only, we are not insured to bring your tree indoors or put it up for you.

Delivery instructions: Give us instructions about a safe delivery place, in case you are not in – e.g. in a porch or behind a shed.

No safe place delivery instruction: If no safe place instructions are left, and no one is in, and the driver feels there isn’t a safe place to leave the delivery, your products will be returned to us. You can then collect them at a pre-arranged time. Alternatively, we can deliver on the next available slot for your area – this could be up to a week later.

Goods left at own risk: After delivery, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.

Returns & Exchanges

Plant products: Trees and wreaths cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example, in the event they are faulty or damaged.

Tree replacement: In exceptional circumstances (about 1 in 1000 trees) a tree could go into “shock” and drop its needles shortly after being taken indoors. In these rare cases we will replace the tree free of charge. We will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot for your area or you can visit the farm to select a replacement.

Refund terms for stands: 30 days after purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Items eligible must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning or exchanging stands: If bought at our farm, bring them back to us and we can refund or exchange as per the 30 days terms above. For online purchases, you can either return it to our farm, or arrange for us to pick it up when we are next in your area.
