We really recommend visiting our farm and choosing your tree in person. It’s a great experience.

You can also come and reserve a tree for picking up at a later date.

Delivery costs

Delivery is included in our prices for online orders over £40 to all Bristol postcodes close to our farm.

We do not deliver outside the Bristol or central Bath area, however you can click and collect.

Outside these areas, there will be an additional delivery charge depending on your postcode. You can calculate this at checkout.

delivery weeks

Delivery weeks commencing: 18th Nov; 25th Nov; 2nd Dec; 9th Dec; 16th Dec

We deliver only to Bristol and central Bath during those weeks. When you place your order, you will select a ‘week commencing’ date, for your delivery.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you in the week before your selected delivery week to let you know the day we will be delivering to you. We aim to deliver your tree between 9-5pm. Please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery times

We are a working farm and our delivery rota gets very full. Our order volume is large and we are cutting, sorting and delivering fresh trees around a busy city.

Once we have allocated you a delivery day, we are not able to give you a time slot for your delivery. However, we may be able to advise whether it will be in the morning or the afternoon.

Please note that delivery is to your door only – we are not insured to bring your tree indoors or to help with putting it in a stand.

Delivery instructions

When you are ordering your tree, we ask you to give clear instructions about where we can leave your delivery if you are not going to be in. Goods are left at your own risk and after delivery, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.

If you have not left instructions about a safe place and no one is in, and the driver feels there isn’t a safe place to leave the delivery, your products will be returned to our farm. You can then collect them at a pre-arranged time. Alternatively, we can deliver your tree on the next available slot for your area – this could be up to a week later depending on where you live.

Returns & Exchanges

Refund terms for trees and wreaths: Trees and wreaths cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example, in the event they are faulty or damaged.

Tree replacement: In exceptional circumstances (about 1 in 1000 trees), we encounter a rogue tree which goes into “shock” and drops its needles shortly after being taken indoors. In these rare cases we will replace the tree free of charge. We will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot for your area or you can visit the farm to select a replacement.

Refund terms for stands: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning or exchanging stands: If you have bought a stand at our farm and need to return or exchange it, please bring it back to our farm where we can process a refund or organise an exchange as per the 30 day terms above. (For refunds or exchanges of online stand purchases, you can either return your stand to our farm, or arrange for us to pick it up when we are next in your area.)
