We deliver to all postcodes local to Bristol during the course of a week. When you place your order, you will select a ‘week commencing’ date for delivery.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to let you know the day we will be delivering your tree during the week you have selected.

Delivery times – any time of day
We are a working farm and our delivery rota gets very full. Our order volume is large and we are cutting, sorting and delivering fresh trees around a busy city.
Once we have allocated you a delivery day, we are not able to give you a time slot for your delivery. However, we may be able to advise whether it will be in the morning or the afternoon.
When you are ordering your tree, you are asked to give clear instructions about where we can leave your delivery if you are not going to be in. Goods are left at your own risk and we are not responsible for any damage or loss post delivery.
If you have not left instructions about a safe place and no one is in, and the driver feels there isn’t a safe place to leave the delivery, he or she will return it to our farm. Your goods will then be available to collect at a pre-arranged time. Alternatively, we can deliver your tree on the next available slot for your area – this could be up to a week later depending on where you live.
Returns & Exchanges
Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example, in the event they are faulty or damaged.
In exceptional circumstances (about 1 in 1000 trees), we encounter a rogue tree which goes into “shock” and drops its needles shortly after being taken indoors. In these rare cases we will replace the tree free of charge. We will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot for your area or you can visit the farm to select a replacement.
